Who we contact
Recipients are businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, etc.) whose phone numbers are publicly listed for commercial work — not random consumer numbers, and not purchased marketing lists.
Opt-in type: Via Text
- Invite SMS (before consent): “Stillzo: We match local property owners with contractors for paid maintenance jobs. Reply YES to get job leads by text. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.”
- Contractor replies YES or START — we store the phone number, keyword, and timestamp as consent.
- Opt-in confirmation SMS: “Stillzo: You’re subscribed to job lead alerts. We’ll text you when a matching job is available. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
- Job SMS (only after YES), for example: “Stillzo: New plumbing job at 123 Oak St, Santa Clara. Reply with quote and earliest date. Reply STOP to opt out.”
What we do not do
- Send ongoing job leads without a YES/START reply
- Text consumers for marketing promotions
- Use scraped personal cell lists unrelated to a business listing
